We partner with Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Times

• Most orders are shipped within two business days.
• Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
• Alberton Customers: Need a car battery fast? Get same-day delivery when you order before 4pm on weekdays!
• Gauteng Customers: Expect delivery within 1-2 business days for your car battery or other automotive needs.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather or courier delays.
• We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
• Our shipping rates and policies may change without prior notice.

Lost or Misdirected Orders

• A parcel is considered lost after 15 business days in the postal system. While we can't control courier delays, we'll work with you to resolve any issues.
• If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for re-delivery costs. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

Hassle-Free Returns

• Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Proof of Purchase: Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
• Size Exchanges: If the product is the wrong size, we'll happily exchange it for the correct one. You'll only pay the difference if the new item is more expensive. If it's cheaper, we'll refund the difference via EFT.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Quick & Easy Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its status.
• Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we'll initiate an EFT refund to your bank account within 3-5 business days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes

Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with original packaging and accessories. Any batteries or products showing signs of physical abuse, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, regardless of the cause.

Warranty Claims: If you believe your battery is defective and within the warranty period, please contact us directly. Warranty claims are handled separately from our standard return policy.

Collection Terms for In-Store Pickup at Global Batteries

Thank you for choosing Global Batteries for your automotive, solar, deep cycle (lead acid), and motorcycle battery needs. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service, and we offer a convenient in-store pickup option for your online purchases.

Please note that for all automotive, solar, and deep cycle (lead acid) batteries, as well as motorcycle batteries, you will be required to bring in your old batteries when collecting your new ones. This is part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and ensuring the proper disposal of hazardous waste.

If you do not bring in your old batteries when collecting your new ones, you will be charged an additional fee per battery. The fee applies as follows:

• Novax Automotive Standard (up to 657 / 652): R172.50
• Novax Automotive Large (up to 696): R287.50
• Global Automotive Standard (up to 657 / 652): R172.50
• Global Automotive Large (up to 696): R287.50

We reserve the right to hold your new battery until we have received your old battery or you have paid the applicable fee. This fee is per battery, so if you purchase multiple batteries, the fee will apply to each battery.
