Hassle-Free Returns
- Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- Size Exchanges: If the product is the wrong size, we'll happily exchange it for the correct one. You'll only pay the difference if the new item is more expensive. If it's cheaper, we'll refund the difference via EFT.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Quick & Easy Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its status.
- Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we'll initiate an EFT refund to your bank account within 3-5 business days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes
Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with original packaging and accessories. Any batteries or products showing signs of physical abuse, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, regardless of the cause.
Warranty Claims: If you believe your battery is defective and within the warranty period, please contact us directly. Warranty claims are handled separately from our standard return policy.

Everything You Need to Know About Returns and Refunds
Yes, you can return an unused battery within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund, minus the return shipping cost. The battery must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
No problem! We'll gladly exchange it for the correct size. If the new battery is more expensive, you'll only pay the difference. If it's cheaper, we'll refund the difference via EFT.
If the battery or product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. If the damage is due to misuse or abuse, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund via EFT within 3-5 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost and return shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
