What does the investment actually cover?
Your turnkey price buys a fully kitted, on-brand, ready-to-trade store. That includes site selection and lease negotiation, store design, shopfitting, signage and the full brand fit-out, opening Novax stock, fitment equipment, IT, POS and CRM, and full training in operations, product, testing, fitment and safety, plus national and regional marketing and ongoing support.
How do I pay for it?
Each tier is a fixed turnkey price excluding VAT. You pay a 60% deposit on signature and the remaining 40% balance at handover, when your lease starts and you begin trading. The deposit ranges from R1.44m on the Xpress Store to R2.88m on the Flagship.
Do I need battery or retail experience?
No prior battery experience is required. We provide full training in operations, product, testing, fitment and safety, and a trained technician is on site every day. What matters most is that you are a hands-on, full-time owner-operator who is strong on people, service and running a tight operation.
How long is the agreement?
We look for partners with a 10-year horizon, with a 5-year renewal to grow into. This is a long-term business, not a quick flip. The franchisees who do best are in it for the long term.
